El potaje de espinacas y garbanzos es el preferido de Ana entre todo el repertorio de potajes que se ha ido transmitiendo en su família de madre a hija. Ella es la cuarta generación de mujeres llamadas Ana de la família que lo sigue haciendo y aunque la receta no es igual que la de Simone Ortega, prepararlo significaba para ella algo especial.
