A Sandra le ha sorprendido esta crema, que nunca había probado ni preparado. Es muy sabrosa, con matices a nuez, y seguro que la repetirá muchas veces para cenar este invierno. Doña Simone recomienda servirla con berros troceados, pero ella prefirió servirla con un chorrito de nata.

Sandra was surprised by this creamy soup, that she had never tried or prepared before. It is very tasty, with nutty nuances, and she will certainly make it often for dinner this next winter. Mrs. Ortega recommends to serve it with chopped watercress, but she preferred to serve with a drizzle of cream.
